When you register: your name, email address, and mobile number, plus your consent choices. When you participate: the content you post (sightings, photos, chat messages, car pages, votes). Automatically: IP address and basic technical data used for security and rate limiting.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is processed by our service providers solely to run the app: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Google Firebase (community feeds), and Base44 (registration processing). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users.
Photos you upload are public in the app. Photos are re-processed on your device before upload, which removes embedded location (GPS) metadata. Automated screening may remove images that violate our Terms.
Registration data is kept while the app operates and as needed for contest and tax records. To access or delete your information, email matt@realtorandlender.com from the address you registered with. Community posts are designed to be permanent but may be removed on request where feasible.
WoodwardCars registration is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided it, contact us and we will delete it.
