Event details are gathered from public sources and community contributions and may change without notice — verify anything important. Attend events at your own risk; obey all laws and traffic rules.
You keep ownership of what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it within the app and in connection with the contest. Post only content you have the right to share. No content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive, infringing, or that identifies private individuals without consent. We may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion, including via automated screening. Report a problem: matt@realtorandlender.com.
Registration requires accurate information and is for adults 18+. One registration per person. Attempting to manipulate contest voting, scrape data, disrupt the service, or circumvent security measures is prohibited.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vie Real Estate, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the app or events described in it, and total liability is limited to 00. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by Michigan law. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version.
